SHIPPING POLICY
Order of Products through the Website can be delivered worldwide.
The place of delivery will be the delivery address you provided in the Order.
NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the delivery time specified on the Website, but NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness is not able to guarantee this delivery time. NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delays in delivery.
Title to and risk of loss of the Products will pass to you on delivery.
NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness will send the Products to you at the delivery address indicated on your Order Confirmation. However, documents will only be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address which you provided at the time of making the Order.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
You can return/exchange only unworn products within 30 days upon reception, with the exception of defective warranty Products. The shipping cost sent to NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness are paid by the customer. The shipping cost from NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness to the customer are paid by NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness.
In order to return or exchange Products, please email us through no.handcrafted@gmail.com quoting the Order number and if you want to exchange or return your Product. In case of exchange, please indicate us the new product.
Return the ordered Products to our return address (In the end of this topic). Please state your details in a short letter attached to the return Product and also send back the packaging that belongs to the Product. (Wooden box or cotton bag)
Within 10 days of receipt, the amount of the payed Products will be refunded.
If you are sending an exchange, please do not ship the wooden box with it.
This procedure applies for the warranty Products.

NÓ accepts payments by PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you must supply your card details when you place your Order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your Order at the time your Order is placed by you.
NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness will not accept your Order or supply the Products to you until your credit or debit card issuer has authorized the payment of the Products ordered. In case the issuer refuses to authorize the payment, NÓ | Be Aware Of Your Awesomeness is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Products.
